Growling 4 month old

Over the last couple of weeks my 4 (almost 5) month old has started doing what I can only describe as growling?!
Shes doing it alot. If you try to sit down with her on your lap, she growls.
When she is on her playmat she will growl and then cry, normally when she has had enough.
She growls when we change her nappy.
Shes also growling the most during feeds. Sometimes she will thrash about and arch her back and fuss over the bottle until she entually gives in and takes the milk.

She suffers reflux (which has resurfaced when she had a cold recently) and is on medication for it as well as prescription formula for CMPA.
I am aware as she grows her medication needs to be adjusted, which hasnt been done yet and I have a GP appointment coming up to discuss this in case she is suffering from reflux now.

But Im not sure if this is just developmental and normal, rather than a return of reflux symptoms?
She has started chewing EVERYTHING but no sign of teeth yet and recently she has had a cold and to some extent is still a bit snotty.
Should I be worried about reflux or is this just her finding a new skill to show off? (Like the blowing raspberry phase which lasted a week and disappeared).
I dont want to waste the time of a GP if it isnt necessary.

My son started doing this at 4 months & still going strong (louder!) At almost 8 months, it's one of many noises he likes to try out! Lol
It's just them playing with what noises they can make.... oh & look out for the head shaking stage 🤣 that 1 threw me!

She's just learning all those skills for talking. Wait till the shouting & shrieking phase!
