Can anyone help me train ds(2:9) straight onto toilet please?

How should I go about it?
I don't have a clue.
I've sat him on his 'pooh bear' seat on the toilet but he doesn't like it.
I also have a 3mnth old that I need to work around.

can he not go to the toilet with daddy and watch him go?...my ds didn't like the toilet at first, but after about 6mths of using his potty upstairs just one day decided he wanted to get himself onto the toilet and did and had a massive poo and was thrilled to bits with himself!! he's never used a potty since, and has always stood at the toilet and popped his willy over the rim to wee too....he started potty training at just gone 2yo and went about 6mths before he did use the toilet....

I don't think I'm going to get much luck with the toilet as he cries. He does know everyone uses the toilet etc.
Think I'll try a potty chair downstairs first.
