So my toddler he’s 20 months he’s been fine all day no fever he’s eating and drinking well aswell just his cheeks are a bit red but they are dry and they have been since yesterday. Today he had milk and then ate chocolate and nibbled on out salad and suddenly vomited he’s okay after that. Should I be worried or could it just be over eating for him?

Could he be teething? the red, dry cheeks are always the give away for mine.

He does have his last 4 molars still to come could teething cause vomiting? He’s never vomited before while teething

My 18 month old did the same twice this evening. After both bouts she was her usual happy self, running around. My 3 year old did it twice one day last week, and a couple of the kids at childcare did as well, so I’m guessing in our case it’s something going around. It’s just strange how she’s in good form in between.

They swallow a lot of saliva when teething. If you get some nasty nappies I'm the next few days you can be sure it's teeth.
