Help! Teething?

2.5yr old DS is showing every sign of teething. Slightly bunged up, dribbling loads, wanting to bite BUT he's got all his teeth through?

Any ideas on what this could be?

Hmmm he's not going anywhere near his ears and when I ask him if anything hurts he only says a scratch he's got on his knee.

He's eating and drinking normally. Just very weird!
