5mo night feeds

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice about baby's nighttime feeds. He feeds every 2hrs on average. Last bottle at 3am and then she refuses to take a bottle when she wakes up for the day between 5 and 6. Sometimes she won't eat until 9am which is 6!! hrs after her last nighttime feed. It makes me think she might be ready to drop a feed if she's happy to go without one for 6 waking hours. Do I refuse to give her a bottle at 3 and make her wait until 6am? I expect she'll be very vocal about my decision....please share your experiences about night weaning. I'm happy to feed her a few times a night but it's really frustrating when she refuses feeds in the morning as she's too full from the night sessions. Thank you

I would just feed on demand.

I'd try and resettle with a cuddle and a dummy if you use one in the night and if that doesn't work then I'd feed her

Or you could try a dream feed before you go to sleep to see if this naturally drops off the night feed.. it worked for us at around 4/5 months

I feed on demand at 9 months usually three or four times a night 8-6 but if you really wanted to drop a feed it wouldn't be the 3am one for me it would be the 1am one and I'd see if baby could do a bigger feed at 11 then again at 3. But I'm quite anti night weaning before 1 anyway, as the breastfeeding specialists I follow online are.
