I'm supporting a friend through the Family Court process. It's position statement time. How on earth do you put down that the other parent is completely intractable, changes things just because they like control and you need a cast iron court order or they are going to break it within minutes? Any experience appreciated, including good phrases. Solicitor and barrister are all on board, we are just trying to get our head around it all.
