3 months napping environment

Just need a little advice since my now 3 month old is occasionally getting overtired and cries a lot so im just wondering where do you put your babies to sleep for (day time naps?) She sleeps really well at night but just struggles to nap during the day unless she's napping on me and even that's after a good crying fit. I've tried her in the swing, and moses basket. Its quite bright in my room so I've even tried dimming lights, playing white noise or even lullabies. I don't want to be putting her in her next to me in the bedroom as she knows its nignt time when she goes in there so I don't really want to be breaking that sleep cycle and for her to think its day time at night time if that makes sence!

Carrier out walking, buggy or car for most naps until she hit 6 months and finally was happy to nap in her cot! It was exhausting but kept me fit!

Ours day naps in pram in living room, refuses her bed through the day 🤷‍♀️

She naps in her big cot but more recently I’ve found the pram works better. She sleeps a lot longer and I can get her back to sleep if I need to, daytime sleep has been hard work in this house too.

FWIW, it’s made sense to put her in her next to me in our room during the day from time to time and it hasn’t made any difference to her night time sleep.

I'm exactly the same with my 10 week old. If she naps in the pram or moses basket now it's only for 30 mins max. Ends up really overtired and doesnt sleep properly at night if that happens so I let her nap on me during the day.

We put ours in a pram in the dining room.

Thank you for your replies I think ill try the pram trick she does like being in the pram so hopefully that works for her!

Thank you
