Ours arrived yesterday and I’m not sure it’s as it should be. There was no packaging materials whatsoever in the box, not even any plastic wrap around the seat. From an environmental point of view that makes me happy but it also seems really unusual, can anyone remember if their one was the same?
Also it’s much much harder than I was expecting to push the shield bit into place, and one side is a bit harder than the other, anyone else the same? And did it seem to get easier over time?
I am a bit worried that given the lack of packaging we have been sent a dud one that someone else returned. It’s got labels still attached and the box didn’t look like it had ever been opened so I might just be being too much of a worrier, which is pretty normal for me.
