Can I pass hand foot and mouth back to my daughter?

My DD (1) got sent home last Tuesday from nursery suspected chicken pox, but since deduced it was more likely HFM, luckily a pretty mild case, a few spots and an ulcer on her tongue that was the worst part. Friday I noticed a spot on my finger and an ulcer on the side of my tongue, I've since had another appear on the other hand and one on my foot. So I'm assuming I've also got it, again luckily mild and tongue ulcer is the worst part.
I definitely caught it from my dd who is now over it, can I spread it back to her through her touching the spots or can she only catch it again if it's a different strain?
