11 week old only looks up?

Has anyone else experience this? I’ve noticed he only looks to the left 90% of the time and it’s always up to the ceiling. Even if Everything else is going on around him he won’t really look. He’d rather look at a brick wall than me trying to get his attention. He does give me eye contact if I’m feeding him when we’re playing and he follows me round the room. Other people have noticed now too, I mentioned it to dr as the side he favours has made his head flat and he said he’ll grow out of it when he gets more head control,

Might have torticollis, have a physio check him, doctor sounds a bit thick not so suggest that if his head is already flat on one side because of it.

I'm convinced my baby had torticollis. Would not turn to the right when on tummy time, done it occasionally on his back. He had/has a flat head too. HV told me it was fine and to do more tummy time to get rid of the flat head. Wasn't until recently I learned about torticolis and it seems to fit the bill.
