Feel like I don't have a clue what people are on about half the time (dream feed, leaps, blw etc) so feel I need an up to date book to read up on all this stuff!

Nothing too wordy ideally as I'm dyslexic...

What would you recommend?

There wasn't one book that i used.

For leaps, download the app The Wonder Weeks. Not wordy at all and easy to follow.

For weaning, i follow a few people on instagram: @rebeccawilsonfood, @sr_nutrition, @annabelkarmel then i bought a couple of recipes books, including some of those above - "how to wean your baby", "what mummy makes" and the purple Ella's Kitchen one.

I bought What to Expect the First Year but it's very wordy, so it might not be for you.

I also use www.nhs.uk/start4life/baby/ quite a lot, because it's broken into age / milestones.
