Sick only at night

My DS is nearly 10 months old and on Wednesday about 30 minutes after his bottle he was sick, he was a little quiet throughout the day after it and then went to bed as normal. At midnight he woke us up crying with sick all around him, we took him downstairs and changed him etc. When we had changed him he then projectile vomited another 4 to 5 times. He wouldn't take water or calpol, we took him to be seen and they said he has a stomach bug.

Thursday night we had no sick, Friday he wasn't himself but ate more than he had been. We was then woken at 1am to him screaming covered in sick, took him out to change etc which followed by another 8 to 9 times of being sick. He then went back asleep and hasn't been sick since.

Hes just woke up crying so I ran in and he hadn't been sick but he was making the noise like he was going to be sick. He eventually settled and went back to sleep.

Has anyone else had experience with this?

Hi @AR52 how is your wee boy now? I can’t offer any advice but my wee boy who is 10months old has had this for 7 days. Currently in hospital with him on a drip. Each day I think he’s getting better then bam it comes back again it’s awful. I hope he’s ok and feeling better

Hey @jul3692, he's not had anything since Tuesday early hours so I'm unsure as of why it was happening. I think he's teething pretty badly as he's not been himself since he was first sick.

So sorry to hear about your little boy, how is he doing? Was it the same thing happening? Have they gave an idea as to why its happening?
