Ds2 has had a cold for almost 4 weeks now. He's 4.5m old. He had similar when he was first born for almost 7 weeks and it turned out to be cmpa. His main symptoms were congestion, coughing, rashes on his face and bloody mucus in his poo.
This time he is severely congested, coughing horribly, extremely grumpy, eating 3oz every 3/4h rather than his usual 5oz every 3h on the dot.
When I say he is grumpy I mean he is either asleep or crying. He is arching his back and straightening his legs a lot too.
I took him to the gp on Wednesday, she took his temp and listened to his chest and said cold. Likely 2 in a row.
Something doesn't feel right. I want to take him back but I don't want to waste anyone's time especially at the weekend as it'll be out of hours.
Any advice, anyone had similar?
