Is this all because of teething?

Feeling a bit paranoid, as I currently have covid (did a PCR on my LG and she was negative and has no temperature) however, I think she's teething! She's 18 months old and has been dribbling something chronic the past few days (wetting a bib through in an hour)! She is hardly sleeping, has got a little spot on the inside of her mouth and just changed her nappy this morning and noticed a few red bumps/spots on her bottom! I'm a single mum, and have hardly slept since I've had covid so feeling more anxious than normal! If anyone has experienced similar with their little one please let me know

@LCD39 I think molars come in at about 18 months and can take a while
I always knew when my ds was teething his poo would be yellow with a vinegary smell !
Dose her up on calpol and use the yellow metanium for her bum . It's horrible how covid has made everyone so anxious about health
Have a nice nap together this afternoon x

It could be the start of hand, foot and mouth.
