I have a 12 week old baby who keeps getting eye discharge every few weeks. It seems to be mainly her left eye. It starts watering, and then there's pus in it. When she wakes up she gets sticky yellow pus on them. I don't think it hurts, she seems her usual happy self - but I'm confused why it keeps coming back. I wonder if it's a blocked tear duct? Not sure. I always just treat it with breast milk, it seems to clear it up within a day or two.
