Large painless breast lump while breast feeding..

So for the last few weeks I’ve felt a lump in my breast. It’s hard, it doesn’t move, it’s painless. In the upper left quadrant of my boob. It seems to have gotten bigger just in that time. My left breast where the lump is has always been my bigger boob, and was initially the biggest milk maker but for the last few months it’s gotten less and less. My right is still going strong. I’ve noticed lefty is now much smaller than my right and just feels really empty and saggy.
I’ve been exclusively pumping for 6 months now. I’ve had clogged ducts before but they were so painful and unclogged within a day.
This is scaring me so much because it seems like I have so many symptoms of cancer. Is there anything else it could be?? I’ve read about cysts and galactoceles but it says they should move?
I don’t feel sick at all so don’t think I’ve got mastitis.

I’ve been referred to the cancer clinic that’s meant to have a two week wait but currently has a 6 week wait. I’m scared to death it’s cancer and every time I go to pump I’m reminded of the lump. Has anyone had anything similar?

Haven't had similar but sending love and hugs. I know it's easier said than done but try not to go crazy with Google, it often makes me feel much more anxious and there are other explanations for your issue. Google will convince you anything is cancer!!

The current NHS waiting times are appalling tbh, but just try your best to remain calm and fingers crossed for good news for you. Xx

Has a doctor seen you in person? Are they confident it’s not a blocked duct? They’re not always painful. I completely get why you’re worried - I’m not trying to minimise your concerns. Just that I remember having a blocked duct the size of a golf ball that appeared overnight and didn’t really hurt at all, just felt a bit odd.

Try not to worry OP. I had a referral to breast clinic last year and sent myself to an early grave during the 2 week wait. It's so unfair that you're having to wait so long!

With me I went to the GP surgery about a different breast concern but they felt 2 lumps that I failed to notice. I convinced myself that it's cancer as I too felt there was a size difference between both breasts, my baby had stopped breastfeeding as I was hardly making any milk etc etc. To my absolute relief it turned out to be nothing. I had Covid earlier that year and my milk supply wasn't right since then.

Anyway try not to worry, statistics show it's more likely to be nothing serious.
