Toddler has decided he doesn't want milk anymore

My two year old toddler has been refusing his usual cup of milk before bedtime for the last month or so. Does he need to have the daily milk as part of his diet at this age, or can I just ditch it altogether? I'm just a bit concerned about his calcium intake. TIA.

You can probably get the calcium into him in other foods if he's a good eater.

One of my DC wasn't keen on drinking milk at that age. It's fine as long as he's having calcium from other sources - cheese, yoghurt, milk on cereal. Mine's now a strong healthy teenager!

He'll be fine. Mine hasn't had milk since 18 months apart from in cereal. He gets some yoghurt and cheese.

Yes we get some milk down my son in various other forms and discovered he is happy to drink milk in the daytime just not at bedtime so maybe try it at another time of day?
