Toilet training help

Hello,

My almost 4.5 yo DD has been potty trained since about 2.5 yo. Very few accidents since then, all good, she was using her potty and the toilet until about 3.9 yo when she developed this fear of the toilet flusher to the point that for a while she would not go to a public toilet or the one at home. Had to use only her potty.

This only got worse lately and I'm worried that she'll go to school in Sept not toilet trained. She'll be kind of ok to do wees (after a lot of convincing and trying the flasher beforehand to make sure it's not 'loud'), but she would absolutely not do a poo. She goes to pre school every morning, so even if she needs a poo she'll hold it for a couple of hours until she gets home, but that will be very hard when she starts school.

Any words of advice, any ideas...we are getting desperate now as things are only getting worse.

She does have some sensory issues with loud noises, but they seem to only be related to toilets..flasher, hand drier etc. She is very happy in crowded/noisy places, unless there is something exceptionally loud.
