13 month doesn't crawl or pull to stand

13 month old doesn't pull to stand or crawl or even push back onto her knees if she is on her front. She just lies on her stomach and goes round in circles but won't push back into the typical 'crawling position'
She sits and walks with a walker and cruises well but doesn't do the other stuff.
I asked the HV and she's not worried but I am! Does anyone have any similar experiences to this?
She's quite a laid back baby and so this may be the reason but I am concerned. She's my first child. Is there a private assessment that can be done that anyone is aware or or am I worrying needlessly.

@HackettGreen

If she is weight bearing and you are not concerned about her muscle tone then try not to panic. Personally I might see a gp in a month or so if there is no change and in the meantime what about a baby gym class and lots of action songs at home - row your boat, wheels on the bus etc. just to strengthen all those muscles. Lots of floor time too.
Thanks. I should have added I do as much as I can to encourage this. Lots of tummy time and putting things slightly out of reach etc. and row row your boat etc to encourage pulling up. She just isn't interested. I don't know whether it's just she's content or there is something up. She's got great muscle tone and stands well and sits well. So I just don't know!

I used to cruise around in my walker as a baby, I guess it was more fun. DD was late too. Both of us are fine, so I’d say you are probably worrying about nothing. Flowers
