7/8 month routine

Hi, I'm back to ask about routines again!
My 7.5 month old is still having 3 naps a day but the first nap is only 35-40 minutes, he used to have 60-75 minutes a couple of weeks ago.

He is rubbing eyes and yawning quite quickly after waking so I let him nap early but wondering if I need to extend his first awake window and think about transitioning to two naps? I just don't know how to fit feeds/solids in

Current routine:
6:15 awake
6:45 breakfast
7:15 milk
8:15 nap for 40minsish
10:45 solid food
11:15 milk
11:45/12:00 nap (usually in car on way to classes or out and about so can be 45-60 mins, if at home can be more like 90 mins)
2:45 solids
3:15 milk
3:30/3:45 nap usually 30-45 mins
6:30 bath
6:45 bottle
7:00-7:15 sleep

He is on 4 hourly milk feeds and taking 8oz at each bottle, he is getting better with solids but still mainly purees and not taking loads, he was born at 37 weeks exactly and is a small baby so I know his timings are sometimes slightly different because born slightly early

Any advice greatly appreciated!

He will nap less often as he gets older and more active. So long as he is not dropping centiles I wouldn't worry about appetite.

Our 7mth old has multiple naps a day but I've never tracked what time or for how long. She has little to eat in the morning, 4/5oz milk then fruity porridge late morning, 5oz milk mid afternoon, puree veg and fruit for tea, a couple of 5oz bottles and a 7oz before bed. She had chickenpox last week and had less milk but still liked being spoon fed. She was a over the 99.6th centile at birth (38+6) but sitting between 75th & 91st now. Our eldest wasn't a big fan of blended and mashed foods, she mostly had bottle feeds until she could manage finger foods.
