Look at babysleepsite.com
Try and search for posts from FATEdestiny on here

Ater a bath or last feed we drew curtains to make it dark at 7pm, dimmed lights, sang a few lullabies and rocked to sleep.

No routine till 3 months here, I don't think routines are a thing for anyone at that age - his bedtime was any time between 9pm and 2am. If your little one is sleeping more overnight than during the day, that's all you can reasonably aim for at this stage.

Slept downstairs in Moses basket or on us until we were ready to go to bed. No real routine, not much point during fourth trimester.

We had none, she got herself into one at around 3mo, feed at 7, have an hour nap, wake up around 8ish, last feed around 10pm then woke around 6am
But I've been lucky that both mine have been good sleepers & I bf both of them too

No routine til over 4 months and I'm glad I didn't bother as it just wouldn't have worked! She was just asleep on me on the sofa then upstairs to bed whenever I went.
When she reached 4 months we started a little routine. 5 months started putting her down in the next to me. 7 months into her own room, no problems. She's a fab sleeper now.

Babies were 6lb each at birth. By month 1 I used to do bath and bed for 7pm. Then for about 3 months tried the dream feed about 11pm before I went to bed. They would nearly always wake again between 2-3am so I would feed and resettle. Sometimes they would wake again at 5, sometimes not till after 7am. I gave up on dream feed after 3 months, they just never got the hang of it and would still always wake 2ish!

Good luck- routines really do have to be learnt so you can’t really expect much from a month old baby.

No routine during 4th trimester. Had her in the bouncer or Moses basket in the living room while we watched tv then came with us to bed around 11. Lay in bed as long as possible in the mornings!

At 3.5 months I started implementing a routine with bath and bed times. She's a great sleeper now (2 years on) so no routine for first few months didn't affect her a bit.

I think making it dark at a sensible time like 7pm will help settle their circadian rhythm and help with sleep in general.

Zero routine - she fed and slept on me until I was ready to go upstairs. Fed some.more then put in bedside crib

My little girl is a month old

She's with us on the sofa until we go to bed (anywhere between 10-11) and we feed her when she needs it

We hope every night for a 9-10pm feed which will then mean a 2 and 6 feed but it rarely happens and is normally 8 then 12 then 4 but whatever time it is we put her down when we go to bed knowing most the time we're up again within the hour

We didn't have a routine til lo was about 3.5 months, we noticed that she would have a bottle around 8pm and then sleep through til around 2am once we noticed this we then did a bedtime routine as such.
They change so much, so be prepared for routines to change often.
I'm a ftm so no pro but I don't think you really need to worry to much about a routine just yet 😊
