2 year old ‘tummy ache’

My toddler is 2 next week, he’s had 2 colds in a row and been generally under the weather for the last few weeks. He’s also been constipated he’s okay now (I hope/think). Due to the above he’s not eaten much this weekend.

Since Saturday evening he’s sporadically told me he has tummy ache. Apart from once he only complains overnight when he’s in bed, he’s been very unsettled at night and it’s awful. He’s still breastfed and that seems to sort him and in the morning he’s absolutely fine running around. I ask him how his tummy is in the daytime and he says it’s fine.

Could I put the belly ache down to possibly hunger due to him not eating much? If your toddler advised this what would you do?

Is the constipation under control? How often does he poo? What number are they on the Bristol stool chart?

Could he have worms? 40% of kids have them at any one time.
