11 week old not breastfeeding well

Hi, my 11 week old has always been very easy, breastfeeding nicely and thankfully brings up wind easily. The last two days, she’s been latching well and eating nicely when I feed her the first side, maybe a bit more irritable when usual but when I offer the the second side she starts screaming. I’ve tried changing positions and rocking her while I feed but it doesn’t always help. This is after I’ve made sure she’s brought up wind.
Anyone else had this and can offer me some advice? I’m feeding her so often because she won’t take in a full feed so she’s hungry again after an hour.

I suspect she’s getting better at getting enough milk out of one side, plus your milk will be well and truly established now. My baby hardly ever took both sides. So just try offering one side and just see how it goes - when you say they’re hungry an hour later are you sure they’re not just tired?

How are they otherwise? Could it be an ear infection on one side is causing pain when they are laying that way?

She’s otherwise really happy and smiley, also considered ear infection but she’s unhappy on both sides

It's normal for babies to have a favourite side, but as PP says the most likely reason is baby is now much more efficient and/or going through a leap so this makes them go back to little and often cluster feeding for a while. As you say, you're only meant to offer the second side. You are, and she's telling you no thanks! The best advice I was given was trust your baby and your body to work it out and get out of the way

She’s actually my first baby to have both sides, my first three were usually happy with one side. I’m gonna give it a few more days hopefully will pass
