anyone know the hell ypu get into the battery holder , can't seem to open it

I was looking at it today and thought using a coin might work but did not get round to trying.

Yes a biggish coin, though I need to get DH to do it.
It's fab BTW, but eats batteries.

we can't turn it with either a coin or a screwdriver
even dh can't do it

have we got a duff one ?

does it stay stuck to the bath? we've had something like this before that kept slipping off.

You have a duff one - a 2 p coin works for ours.

You have to stick it to the side and hold in place (as can slide down) - if battery goes below water, will stop working - other than that is great...

DSC - Hold it in place with what?

I tend to hold it in place with one hand when DS is yanking the bl**dy thing around the place... it stays in place as long as you dont have a toddler trying to move it..

Well I have just bought it. If I find it doesn't stay stuck I'll just send it back I suppose.

We have had two - both have broken. Such a shame because when they are working they are great. The one in Hamleys display kept breaking too.

Lilybeto - did they replace the broken one free of charge?

Yes, the first one but then we didn't bother to bring the second one back. The lady in shop didn't seem surprised when we brought it back. It's still fun even though it's broken.

ours broke within a month & the battery holder was a nightmare to open - shame, it was great while it lasted.

A coin did it but ours is broken now too. However, DS just loves the penguins anyway! Hours of fun with them!

i better keep the receipt safe then lol.
