Hi all, first time mama here. Sent off our paperwork for the child benefit claim last week. I know the guidelines say it can take up to 16 weeks to be approved but was wondering about more general timelines people find? A friend said both her chikdren’s were approved after 3 weeks. TIA!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I found it was between 3-4 weeks and definitely not 16 weeks.

We have older kids so could add baby via phone, I received a back payment about a week after contacting them.
