Toy steering wheel for 2yo

Can anyone recommend a toy steering wheel for a 2yo for playing with in the car? I can only find ones from babies or older kids.

Any other car toys for toddlers would be much appreciated. We don't own a tablet so sticking the TV on for long journeys isn't an option for us!

Me and my brother used to have an actual steering wheel my DF got from the scrap yard. Hours of fun and didn't make any annoying noises.

Yes, I was going to say lots of EYFS classrooms have actual steering wheels.
