11 month son not sleeping well advice please

My 11 month seems to always be fussy going to sleep and wake up at about 3 in the morning being fussy and fidgeting won't go back to sleep this has been going on for a while now, tried so many different ideas like feeding him more in the day, taking a nap away in the day, different pyjamas, blanket, sleeping bag, lullaby nothing seems to work any ideas what else I could try pleaseI've even had the health visitors round for advice but nothing seems to be working x

Both of my two had a fussy sleep period around 12 months, lasted a couple of weeks with each of them. No advice as nothing I tried worked!

im literally trying so many things hes never been a good sleeper either but this has been going on for a good month or more 🙈

Sleep training is what you need to consider if you want a good night for all parties involved.

My now 2 year old went through this at 11 months, awake for 3 hours in the night and nothing would work. It lasted around a month and then went back to sleeping through.
