Raised a safeguarding complaint about my DS Nursery setting with OFSTED a few days ago. Just received a phonecall from one of the Assistant Directors, they want to arrange a meeting with me. What does this mean???

Is it serious if one of the Assistant Director’s has become involved or is this normal procedure?

I guess it depends what the issue was. Did you discus your concerns with the nursery first or go straight to ofsted?
