How did you get your picky try new foods?

Hey guys,

How did you get your LO to eat a more varied diet?

My 14 month old is a picky eater, also has a long list of allergies and severe eczema.

Oops the title should be “how did you get your picky eater to try new foods?”

I usually put 90% of what he likes on the plate, then just add one new thing he can try or leave.
