I have the ickle bubba moon travel system. Son is heavy, but average height at 13 months. His head is right at the top in sat up stroller mode, where the hood folds up. It should last to 15kg/3 years old. My sister has the same with her son. How can this be right? Should I buy a non travel system stroller? Anyone else have this?

I remember my mother care orb pram was great until I turned it Into a seat and she had outgrown it at 9 months. They are built for cars and stuff now rather than for the purpose they should be for.

We had the same, got the Oyster 3 travel system and DS looked really uncomfortable in it from about 10 months. Strung it out til 11 months as he was well within weight limit but I now use a Joie Nitro stroller which is a lot better.

I have Kinderkraft Everyday is a travel system, my daughter is almost 15 months old, and I am satisfied with this choice!
