Clear sick

Hiya!

My little boy is 4 months old and for the past 2 days he has been really sick first thing in the mornig and it is just clear liquid with white milky bits (looks lime curdy milk) and the amount is crazy. It’s like a fountain! He is EBF, has plenty of wet nappies. (Might sound really silly, I know, but he has never been a sicky baby so we never have had to deal with this)

Has anyone else Lee had to deal with this and is this even normal?

My daughter had this happen as she had a cows milk allergy but it was more frequent than this until we cut it out. She was also very colicky though so I'm not sure if any of this would match - is he happy and well the rest of the time?

My daughter had something like this too, I never knew what it was or why but I read somewhere if they get a cold that’s how they get rid of the mucus. Could it be that?

Yes, he is very happy and smiling all the time. He hasn’t had a poop for 3 days now and keeps passing smelly gas. Not sure if it is something to do with it x
