Anyone (U.K.) had a safeguarding referral put in and been no further actioned?

Can’t help but be anxious about this,
I have nothing to hide and the reason the referral was made is not particularly significant but I don’t know many other parents and the stigma / fear of social service involvement is quite strong.

Just wanting to hear from other mums who have had this happen?

It will depend on the reasons for the referral, I had a malicious report made about me and they came round all guns blazing clearly believing everything in the referral, luckily for me I had proof it wasn’t true but it took a while to get them off my back. Due to the referral they contacted school/ drs/ hv/ dentist 🤨
