Teenage Sleepover

My DD had her 13th birthday last week and she asked if she could have a sleepover with her friends. She's invited 4 friends ( all girls ). Two of her friends I know very well, and I'm close with their parents. The other two I have never met.
My question is in relation to sleeping arrangements. My initial idea was to set them up with mattresses in my DD's room, but there isn't enough room. Would I be able to put mattresses in the living room? Or could they sleep on blankets/pillows on the floor of her room?
Thanks in advance!

We have done air beds in ds's room and also matresses in the living room. I personally avoided putting them directly on the floor as didnt think it would be comfortable. They preferred camping out in the living room and watching movies.

We tend to let them go in the lounge as there’s much more room. One on the sofa, one on two chairs pushed together and any others on mattresses on the floor-everyone brings their own duvets and pillows.
