Hobbies with toddlers

I need to get myself a hobby. Seriously. My life is literally just my 2 year old, my job, and housework.
When I do get some free time, I'm mindlessly scrolling on my phone or watching Netflix. I want something I can actually look forward to doing but something I can pick up and drop whenever without big commitments.

What do you all do which is doable with a very active and demanding toddler?

Parkrun on a Saturday morning. We make it a trip out. DP brings toddler, they go to cafe and to the playground while I do the run with headphones on and enjoy my half hour listening to music, then we all play a bit more in park after then go home. Good exercise for all of us and free.

Ahhh I totally feel the same. Pre baby I was quite creative. I had a art studio in my house, but it is now just a dumping ground. Now I am so torn when I get a bit of time off from my 2 year old, or cooking, housework, or working, that I usually end up mindlessly watching the tv and scrolling. I, like you, need something I can pick up and put down. I have thought about crochet, knitting, drawing and stuff like that. I’m yet to find the motivation to start anything. I so so want to though. It’s so difficult! I’m glad you have started this thread, maybe we will find some inspiration!
