Blood in baby nappy after switching to nutramigen

My DS was having blood in his poo, which I lead to him being diagnosed with possible cows milk allergy and then put in the alimentum silmac milk, which work amazingly.

Then the alimentum was recalled so have had to change his milk, he was put on nutramigen. He’s been on the milk 1 week and I’ve noticed today he has blood in his nappy again? I’m very confused as to how this could come back because both milks are for cows milk allergy, has anyone else had this?

The protein is just broken down but it’s still there. There is a great CMPA Facebook group. I would ask for advice on there.
