Teething??? Thrush?? Epstein pearls??

Hi guys,

I have a two month old that has been irritable and very clingy. Also very sleepy yesterday but feeding very well. Can appear fussy but then very content at other times.. he has been drooling a bit and licking his lips a lot. I noticed his gums have what appears to be little ridges in them but is it thrush???? Sorry for quality of photos any help would be great

I’m a stay at home mom and my partner works does anyone els feel like the only one looking after the baby I haven’t slept in over a week and I get no help what so ever and I’m runing on empty has anyone got any advice please as I’m not coping and my baby daddy doesn’t understand or even take part I feel like I’m totally on my own
