Heat, eczema or allergy?

We have an appointment at the doctors in the morning, but I wondered if anyone had any advice on my babies rash, she's 3 month old and had quite dry skin this rash tends to appear the day after or evening when she's had a bath.

What did the Dr end up suggesting?

What do you wash her with? The GP will probably ask what soap powder/bath stuff/soap/creams you use on your baby, then advise you to use something like SIMPLE products.

My 2nd son (now 38) started with Eczema right from birth - he still has it, but it's managed. Hope all goes well.
