Our 3.4 yo dd has been trained for 3 months but she now refuses to admit when she needs to go, does in her pants and will almost only poo in her night nappy. Nothing in her routine has changed lately so I have no idea what caused it. Any tips on how to deal with this ?

Maybe she has an infection of some kind or she has strained herself and is afraid it will hurt?

My 3 year old had an infection a few weeks back and the only way I knew was because she kept wetting when she had been trained alomst a year.

Be worth checking it out!

My dd also had an infection about 3 months after I'd trained her. I think it came from a spell of her holding on as she got a little bit scared of going/refusing to go.
She then had accidents for about 5 days and at the end said it was sore. Gave her loads to drink and it soon worked its way through. Back to normal now though.
