Can you take baby swimming when they natural have loose stools?

My LO is 4 months, his stools have always been loose very liquidy.

I am boon to take him swimming this week, I have got him a Huggies swimming nappy and a happy nappy to go on top.

His poo very rarely leaks and if it does it’s a little bit up his back.

Does anyone else’s LO have loose stools?

Thanks

Yes it's fine! DS always had runny poo (both when breastfed and later bottled fed) the Happy Nappy's are great.

The double nappy system should hold it in. Make sure the inner (Huggies) nappy isn't showing out off the edges of the Happy Nappy and that the Happy Nappy is a good fit round the legs (no gaps). It us unlikely he'll poo at the exact time you're swimming but if he does and you want to go back in you change the Huggies nappy and give the Happy Nappy a very good rinse in a sink.

I think most unweaned babies have quite wet poop unless constipated.
