What is/was your 7 month old's sleep like? Are they sleeping through, how do they nap during the day and are you giving them 3 meals per day?

We're going through a good period right now which I'm sure will soon change so want some reality!

Naps 1 hour in the morning, 1.5-2 in the afternoon and sometimes another 45mins later on.

8oz bottle first thing (8)
Cereal/ porridge/ banana (11)
Milk 3-8oz can vary (2)
A jar / pouch and dessert ( yogurt/custard/fruit at 5)
8oz milk at 8.

My 7mo sleep looks completely different, probably due to breastfeeding!

Bedtime 7am, up for the day 6am. Wakes 10, 2 and 4am for feeds.

3 meals a day and usually 2 or 3 naps depending on if one of those is just a cat nap.

6am BF
7.30am breakfast
10am BF
12pm lunch and BF top up
3pm BF
5pm dinner
6.30pm BF

My little boy is v a similar to @Inthesky42 7 month old.

6am get up
7am porridge
8am milk
8-9am sleep
11am milk
12-1pm sleep
1pm milk
1.30pm lunch
4pm milk
4-5pm sleep
6.30pm dinner
7.00milk
7.30pm sleep
10pm, 1am, 3am, 5am milk

He likes his milk 🙂 meals except the porridge tend to be finger food so the quantity of food that actually ends up in his tummy is still quite small.

Interesting thread thanks 🙂

7am bottle - wakes up any time between 5:30-7 but can usually be made to go back to sleep until close to 7
8am breakfast
9:30 nap (45mins-1.5hrs)
11 bottle
12 lunch
Somewhere from 12:30-1:30 she goes down for another nap (usually about an hour)
3 bottle
(4:45ish 15min nap - don’t always try to get her to take this)
5pm dinner
Bottle and bed 7
11pm dream feed

No night feeds and usually doesn’t wake up but occasionally will need a dummy in the night.

Times are rough, sometimes she sleeps through a bottle, sometimes she has it early or an extra one etc but this is a basic outline of most days.

@luxxlisbon our routine seems to be almost identical to yours, I think dd is going to drop the later nap soon as it's a struggle to get her to take it sometimes but she's not quite ready to go all afternoon yet!

It's reassuring to see what everyone's dc are eating too as I felt like we were way behind on that. With DD1 I puréed and did Annabel Karmel recipes and this time I've used pouches 99% of the time - anything for an easy life!
