Contingency party plan ideas

Hi been years since I've posted on here. I have a birthday party planned for my soon to be 5 year old. We've planned a rockp0ooling and sand art party with 4 of her friends followed by pizza and ice cream at her favourite ice cream place. Today though I have read that there may be snow!!! Its my own fault for planning outdoors activities in March but I really wanted to do something different and fun that wasn't just getting hyper on sugar that I knew her and her friends would enjoy. Does anyone have any ideas what I could have up my sleeve that could be achieved last minute in case it does actually end up snowy and freezing. If it helps we live near the centre of Newcastle and the rockpooling is meant to be taking place at the coast here. Anyone live in the area have any ideas of indoor activities that we won't need to book in advance and that also won't break the bank ?

Since it is a small number of kids - some kind of craft activity at your house? Hobbycraft or Baker Ross kits could be good.

Cinema? Not cheap though, unless there’s a good kids ticket deal.

Are parents supposed to stay or drop off? I wouldn’t want to be responsible for multiple 5 yr olds at the beach.
