Decision making ability = zero

Does anyone else have really poor decision making since being a parent? Like I used to make a decision, be reasonably confident, and plough through life.
Now I make a decision, wonder if it's right, change my mind, change my mind again, and am in a constant sense of paralysis about the big stuff (where to live, jobs etc.). Everything seems so loaded now with a knock on effect on the family and I'm scared to make a mistake! All these thoughts and debates are taking over my life and really bugging me!
