Using Milton tablets

Couple of questions on using Milton tablets. It says you can leave in there for 24 hours but can you take items out and put new ones in during that period?

Also once you take the parts out how long do they stay sterile?

Yes you can take things in and out of the water over the 24hr period for each tablet.

It think they are sterilised for 24hrs but I never really go over 12. If I've taken a clean, sterilised bottle out for the day and not used it, I tend to wash and chuck back in when I get home.

The water with tablet is good for 24 hours, you can put things in and out within that period and things are sterilised in 15 mins.
