Should I keep DD off school tomorrow?

DD (10) was off on Thursday and Friday with temp and fever. Seemed to pick up over the weekend although still not eating as much as usual and a bit tireder. Sent her to school today, she was really tired when she got in, didn’t touch her dinner and had a bit of diarrhea this evening. Thinking of giving her a day at home but a bit worried the school are going to wonder what I’m playing at. I’d hate for her to have an accident at school though.

I think D or V means 48 hours off school anyway.
Has she tested for covid?

She had covid a few weeks ago so presumably not that again.

Keep her at home! It’s really not rare for people (including staff) to think they’re better, come in to school and realise they’re not. If she pushes herself tomorrow she might be ill even longer!

Just a reminder if you’re keeping her off with diarrhoea the school will ask you to keep her off 48 hours.

D+V means she needs 48 hours off from the last bout.
