Any ideas on what this could be?

I've notice my 3 month old has these lumps/milia? on the back of her head... she's had them about a week.
Just wondering if any ideas what they are/why she's got them? They don't seem to bother her and she's fine otherwise

Yes I'd say Milia spots. Are you still under the MW? Maybe ask at your next visit. Or ask the health visitor

I have no idea but my goodness she is scrumptious.

Changing laundry products etc?

My son had this at 3 month also, we thought it was maybe a rash from dribbling etc but it wasn't going away:
We got hydromol cream from GP and it worked a treat.
Can pick it up in any chemist, I've bought a couple more since.
