Things to do with 15 month old at home

Hi

I do go out everyday but when I'm at home he just seems to bored and grizzly. Hopefully a phase. Does anyone have any ideas for activities to do at home to pass the time

What do you do currently while at home?

We usually do a big walk on a morning in all weather then a planned activity in the afternoon. It doesn’t have to be too planned or anything that takes up too much set up time.

Messy play is always a win at our house, pop them in the bath with some paints and let him paint the bath. Towels down on the floor and a shallow bucket of water and bubbles.

Do you have a garden? Wrap them up and let them run around outside playing with a bucket and some sand?

Also don’t be afraid of a bit of tv, we limit it to 15 minutes a day but it’s great to have a coffee in peace.

We have lots of activities to keep her entertained and her brain working from wooden board puzzles, books, building blocks and books. We use the cushions and a toy tunnel etc to make a mini home made soft play. We put some of her favourite songs on and have a dance. We’ve started playing with crayons and drawing pictures and we play hide and seek. Hope this helps!

Yes it all helps thank you so much. I think it's because we're going from 2 to 1 naps so gets really tired in the mornings and teething hopefully things will get easier once these teeth come through.
