Struggling breastfeeding my (constipated) daughter

Hi, I thought I could ask for some advice and read other experiences since I have a lot of confusion and don't know if what's happening is normal or not. I'm struggling to breastfeed my 3months old daughter, I have the feeling I'm in a vicious cycle and I'd like to find a solution. It's about 2weeks that I'm deeply fighting with clogged ducts, and this time it has been very bad, now it seems solved but I have blisters and blebs on my nipples. Now, when my daughter tries to eat, she complains and latch and unlutch (worsening my boob situation). She also started to ask for milk every hour, I wonder if it is normal so often at this stage and if the quality of the milk is effect by the clogged ducts. Maybe she needs more because of low intake? I'm just so confused. Even more now that she seems to be constipated, again I wonder if it is the milk. Thank you for any advice and suggestion

It is rare for a purely bf baby to be constipated? Breast milk can be mostly absorbed by the body and babies can go days even weeks at this age with no poo. What makes you think constipation?

It sounds like you could do with seeing someone. There is advice online on how to unblock ducts. This may just be a growth spurt.

You poor thing, it must be ever so uncomfortable. How is your milk flow now? Is any coming when you express? If there not a lot being released it's possible she's constipated because she's dehydrated.

Just keep feeding, massage the breasts from armpit to nipple and same all the way round like drawing lines towards your nipple, keep feeding very often. That will solve both problems at once.

Don't worry about expressing, pumps aren't as good as baby+massage for emptying you properly

You could try a few ml of water?
I found that out by mistake when DS1 got some in his mouth when being bathed - the resulting explosion was spectacular!

Have you seen a lactation consultant?
