Line on baby's eyelid? With pic

My baby is 4 months old and in the past few days has developed a line across one eyelid. I think it's a bruise as it's purpleish in colour but it just seems to have come from nowhere. It's not impossible she's bashed herself in the face with a toy or something without me noticing, but it's a thin line rather than a circle like most bruises. Has anyone experienced something similar?

DS has a very visible vein on his chin, maybe it's something like that?

Looks like a vein to me too. DD has similar.

My daughter has a blue mark on her cheek that was quite visible as a baby but is still there if I look at it properly. Doctors always pointed it out and asked if it was a bruise but it's a vein. It's similar to your baby's.
