Formula for a breastfed baby

Hello, I'm looking for some advice. My 6 month old is breastfed however I have to go away for 3 days/nights and he won't take my expressed milk in any form. He will however happily take formula. Can you advise how much and how often he should be getting formula?

Thanks in advance 😊

It's a bit of a how long is a piece of string question - each baby will be different

My 6mo has 7oz four times a day, but she is small for her age, around 10th percentile

My breastfed baby (30th percentile) never drank more than 6oz of formula at once. I'd imagine the baby will bottle feed less than they breastfeed.

I would make up around 8oz at a time and just dispose of what isn't needed. After the first couple of bottles you'll get an idea.
