I'm struggling a bit with my 2 year old. He's a lovely lad and love him to bits (of course!), but when we go anywhere with other kids, for instance toddler groups, he clings to me all the time. Genuinely if I walk 5 yards away he will cry his eyes out. I have a baby too and I don't know if this has affected him, but does anyone have any advice? I feel sad more than anything that he doesn't seem to like other kids. Or is it not that? Please any suggestions on how to make it easier for him? Or do I stop going to these settings?
